Returns Window & Eligibility
Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or a product exchange.
Eligibility Rule: To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be returned securely within its original packaging matrix.
To complete and process your validation request, we strictly require a receipt, digital invoice, or definitive proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Gemstone Inspection & Partial Refunds
Once your return is received at our facility and carefully inspected by our lapidary and mineral staff, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of your item. We will also notify you directly regarding the subsequent approval or rejection of your calculated refund.
Because gemstones and crystals are delicate natural minerals, only partial refunds may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances (subject to physical review):
- Faceted stones, cabochons, or polished specimens that show new surface abrasions, chips, or scratches not present at dispatch.
- Custom shape orders or bulk wholesale sets that are returned incomplete or missing individual pieces.
- Any item not in its original pristine condition, damaged, or altered after delivery for reasons not due to our operational error.
- Any mineral shipment that is returned more than 30 days after the documented delivery date.
Sale Items & Product Exchanges
Sale Items: Only standard, regularly priced inventory items may be considered for a refund. Unfortunately, all items purchased under promotional discount, clearance tags, or flash sale pricing cannot be refunded.
Exchanges: We only replace or exchange items if they arrive defective or significantly damaged in transit. If you require a direct structural exchange for the exact same mineral item, please email us first and dispatch your physical item securely to the address listed below. Contact@himalayanmerchants.com
Delayed or Missing Credits
If you have checked your accounts and have not received your documented refund yet, please follow these steps sequentially before escalation:
- Re-check your bank account balance carefully.
- Contact your credit card company. It frequently takes a few business days before your refund is officially posted to your statement.
- Contact your bank system directly. There is often processing lag time before a credit transaction is finalized and visible.
Gift Returns & Return Logistics
Gifts: If the item was explicitly marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a digital gift credit for the verified value of your return. Once the physical return item is verified at our facility, a digital gift certificate code will be issued to you.

You will be solely responsible for paying your own shipping costs for executing the return. Shipping costs are completely non-refundable. If you receive a processed refund, the operational cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final credit payout.
High-Value Mineral Shipments: If you are shipping an item valued over € 65.85, we strongly advise using a trackable courier service or purchasing dedicated shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will safely receive your returned package from third-party couriers.

No. Promotional, clearance and flash-sale purchases are final unless they arrive defective or damaged.
How long does a refund take?
